I grew up in a dysfunctional family. My father had dementia and we had family fights all the time. I lost both my parents when I was a teenager. I was depressed for many years and took antidepressants for six years. I attempted suicide once. I used to be out of shape, obese and socially awkward. But I managed to put all of that behind me and now I’m here to share my experience with you. To help you overcome your depression and anxiety. To get rid of the feelings of emptiness and doom. To put the past behind and move forward towards the future. Many of the articles here are useful to people who are not depressed as well. I do not sugarcoat anything. I still have difficulties in my life like almost everybody but I’m not dismayed by them anymore.

Please note that I’m not a doctor and have no training in medicine or counseling. I’m only here to share my experience and knowledge with you in the hopes that it would be helpful to you in breaking free. I keep my identity private here because I’m sharing a lot of personal information on this website. Just let me tell you that I’m a man in my late 30s.

What does “Light of No Return” mean? It means once you discover the light in your heart and let the fire burn, there will be no return to darkness. Are you ready?
